1.2 Location Information
We collect your location information to enable ride allocation and navigation:
- Foreground location: while the app is open and in use.
- Background location: when you are online and available for rides,
or during an active ride, even if the app is minimized. This helps us
show your live location to riders, calculate distance and fare, and
improve safety and support.
1.3 Usage & Device Information
- Device model, operating system, and app version
- IP address, network information, and approximate location
- App usage logs, crash reports, performance data
1.4 Ride & Earnings Data
- Ride history (pick-up, drop locations, time, distance, fare)
- Ride status updates (accepted, cancelled, started, completed)
- Earnings, incentives, bonuses, and payout information
- Ratings and feedback given by riders
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your driver account
- To show your availability and assign rides to you
